All of our books are printed on-demand as ordered and can take up to two weeks in production before they ship. Please plan your shopping accordingly; we are unable to expedite orders at this time.
All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges unless an item has been damaged in shipping. If you have a question about your order, please email email@example.com and we will happily assist you.
ORDER ARRIVED INCORRECT/DAMAGED
Please take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Email the photos along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will replace your order one time to your shipping address.
Coupon codes must be entered at checkout. If you forgot to enter a coupon code at checkout, we are unable to go back and issue the discount.
We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers. Jane Johnson Creative, LLC is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that international delivery times vary according to many factors outside of our control, such as transit times, customs processing, and the procedures of your country’s postal system. We do not guarantee international tracking on packages. International delivery can take several weeks.
