I’ll be the first one to admit (with several friends lined up behind me nodding emphatically in agreement): I am a type A personality.  Ok… I’m more than type A.  I like to call myself a type-double-A.  Because I’m also an overachiever.

Over the years, I’ve developed my own system for studying scripture.  A system that requires five (ok, six) tools – not the least of which is a set of rainbow colored pens.  After all, what would a system be without color-coding?

In the last few months, I’ve had quite a few friends ask me to teach them how I study scripture.  It’s not the only way.  But it works well for me (and it’s worked well for them).
